Shipping Policy
Shipping Areas & Rates
- We currently ship to the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be available with additional fees—please contact us for a quote.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $300 within the continental U.S.
- Orders under $300 will have a calculated shipping fee at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed with in 1-2 business days.
- Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on location.
- Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge.
Freight Shipments (Oversized Items)
- Large items such as Wingman and rooftop tents are shipped via freight carriers and require a physical address (no P.O. boxes).
- Freight deliveries are curbside only—customers are responsible for moving the item beyond the delivery point.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect the package before signing. If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment if necessary.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- If a package is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.
Signature Required – Standard Delivery Policy
To help protect our customers and reduce the risk of loss or theft, Wild Land requires signature confirmation on all shipments by default, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
Important Notes on Signature Confirmation
• Signature confirmation records delivery but does not guarantee recipient identity verification by the carrier.
• Carriers do not validate the identity of the individual signing for the package.
• Signature confirmation reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of theft.
Post-Delivery Responsibility
Wild Land is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, including deliveries completed with signature confirmation.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and reasonably secure. If you anticipate any delivery concerns, please contact us prior to shipment so we may assist where possible.
Goodwill Resolution
While Wild Land does not assume liability for post-delivery loss, we may, at our discretion, offer goodwill assistance on a case-by-case basis
