Shipping Policy

Shipping Areas & Rates

  •  We currently ship to the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be available with additional fees—please contact us for a quote.
  •  Free standard shipping  on orders over  $300 within the continental U.S.
  •  Orders under $300 will have a calculated shipping fee at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time

  •  Orders are typically processed with in  1-2 business days.
  •  Standard delivery time is  5-10 business days, depending on location.
  •  Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge.

Freight Shipments (Oversized Items)

  •  Large items such as  Wingman and rooftop tents  are shipped via freight carriers and require  a physical address (no P.O. boxes).
  •  Freight deliveries are  curbside only—customers are responsible for moving the item beyond the delivery point.
  •  A signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect the package before signing. If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment if necessary.

Order Tracking

  •  Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to  24 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

  •  If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  •  If a package is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.
