Which regions do you ship to? Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not support direct international shipping to regions outside the U.S. at this time.
If you are located in another country, we recommend either contacting one of our local dealers in your region or using a U.S.-based freight forwarding service. If you choose a freight forwarder, you can set your shipping address to their U.S. warehouse, and they will handle the international transit to your country. Please note that if you decide to use a freight forwarder, we highly recommend coordinating and confirming all details with them before placing your order.
How long will it take to receive my order after I place it?
For Oversized Items (such as Rooftop Tents): Due to their large size and significant weight, these items cannot be shipped via standard parcel services and require freight truck delivery. We require 2-5 business days for warehouse processing and scheduling the carrier. Once dispatched, standard delivery via freight truck typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your specific location.For Standard & Smaller Items: All other accessories and gear are shipped via standard courier services. The estimated transit and delivery window is 5-10 business days, depending on your shipping address.
How long is the warranty period for your products?
At Wild Land, our warranty periods vary by product category:
- l Rooftop Tents & Wingman Series: 2 years.
- l Other Wild Land Products: 1 year.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, beginning from the original purchase date.
Can I view the products in person?
Yes, absolutely! We have an extensive network of authorized dealers across the United States where you can view our products in person. To find a location near you, please visit our official Dealer Location Page.
