Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Returns Eligibility

  •  Return Window: Returns are accepted with in  14 days of delivery.
  •  Condition: Items must be  unused, in original packaging, and resellable condition.
  •  Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, used products, and custom orders cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1.  Request a Return – Email  support@iwildlandus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2.  Receive Authorization – We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
  3.  Ship the Item Back – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using an  insured, trackable shipping method.
  4.  Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method with in  5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking Fees - subject to a 15% of order value.

Exchanges

  •  If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item following the return process.

Warranty Claims

  •  If you receive a defective product, please refer to our  Warranty Policy for assistance.
