Warranty Coverage

Wild Land offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under  normal use. The warranty period begins on the  original purchase date  and applies to the  original owner only.

Warranty Period

  •  Rooftop Tents & Wingman 2 years
  •  Other Wild Land Products 1 year

This warranty covers:

  •  Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  •  Structural components, including fabric, poles, zippers, and hardware.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  •  Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or fading.
  •  Damage caused by  misuse, neglect, improper installation, modifications, or accidents.
  •  Damage from  extreme weather, fire, or impact.
  •  Unauthorized repairs or alterations.

Warranty Claims Process

1. Submit a Claim – Email  support@iwildlandus.com with:

  •  Proof of purchase.
  •  Photos/videos of the issue.
  •  A brief description of the problem.

2. Evaluation – Our team will assess the claim and determine the best resolution.

3. Resolution – If covered, we will repair, replace, or provide necessary parts at our discretion. Shipping costs may apply.

Out-of-Warranty Support

If your product falls outside the warranty coverage, Wild Land offers paid after-sales support. Repair or replacement costs will be determined based on an  individual assessment of the issue. Please contact  support@iwildlandus.com for further details and a service quote.

Additional Information

  •  The warranty is  non-transferable.
  •  Customers are responsible for  return shipping costs, except for confirmed warranty cases.
  •  Wild Land reserves the right to  modify or update this policy as needed.
